Do we also take over representations?

Basically, yes. Usually our consulting services are fee based. This is the case for preliminary distribution services (market analysis, market reports, strategy development, definition of the sales channels system, search for distribution partners, selection of target customers, negotiations etc.). In this form of fee based compensation model every newly won customer, once a first order is placed, will be your customer and we do not claim any commission.

Nevertheless, if you wish to count on long-term support of your newly won export clients, a formal agency agreement can be closed. In such a case, it is possible to compensate your initial investment costs for our active distribution services with commissions from future orders. Please understand that the remuneration of preliminary distribution services is strictly fee-based.
